We humans have a highly developed brains which decodes the stimuli from five senses and draws a conclusion about the object was blessed. God has blessed us with his eyes, the beauty and diversity of the world, he has created, to enjoy at our disposal. That is why we have our eyes deserve some degree of special care.
According to Ayurveda, many factors affect the function of the eyes, making their efficiency and disturbed. According to ayurveda the diseases of the eye caused degradation Tridoshas. Tridoshas (Vatha, pitta and kapha) function normally in their own channels and places them in a balanced state. The main factors that can spoil these doshas in the eye, are

Self-help for tired eyes:
• Give rest to your eyes by closing them for an interval in minutes between the hours.

Dry eyes

5.Irritants in the environment: smoke, dust, wind, sun, dry climate.
6.Way of life: working longer reading in front of the computer for long hours driving.

Signs and symptoms of dry eye:
