Natural treatments to relieve your aches and pains

If you suffer from pain and want to take more painkillers, there are other natural treatment of pain, you can use. And best of all, they are very cheap and almost immediate results. I would be able to begin to reduce the pain you have in the next hour.

1. Apply gentle massage:
