Rest: rest provides a good arthritis relief and adequate rest helps the body to save energy and allow the body to heal and relieve pain.

Thermal modalities: heat and cold compresses provide temporary relief, stiffness and pain.

Joint protection: it provides the patient with minimal movement of joints. Joint protection such as knee supports, back belts are common arthritis relief products widely available on the market today.
